Introduction
Welcome
at NorGhaVo!
NorGhaVo
is a non-profit organisation that supports local developmental projects in
Northern Ghana. We do this in several ways. In the first place by giving
financial support to local projects
(sponsor projects). In the second place by
arranging suitable volunteers for local projects and communities with who
NorGhaVo co-operates
with (volunteers work).
Apart
from trying to make
a relevant contribution to the structural fight against poverty in this
area, NorGhaVo also wants to promote mutual
respect, appreciation for other cultures, and personal involvement in
developmental issues. By this personal involvement and appreciation we hope on
one hand to stimulate each individual to help to tackle the roots of inequality
and poverty and, on the other hand to enhance the mutual respect between
individuals, communities and cultures.
